Dustin Defee
Mr. DeFee is responsible for all contractual engagements and has experience with every stage of technology planning, implementation, and support. Mr. DeFee manages all operations and is fully responsible for the performance, new business growth, and profit and loss for the corporation's active contracts and operational staff. Mr. DeFee is responsible for overall client satisfaction and uses proven practices for deploying DKW solutions in support of its Federal government clients. Mr. DeFee's areas of expertise include: project management, planning, developing, implementing, and operating DKW Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology Solutions; in accordance with Federal government and DoD business methodologies.
Mr. DeFee possesses more than 15 years of experience working with the Federal Government. His career began as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force, working with network, telecommunications, software management, and acquisition matters for the Air Force Acquisition and Intelligence communities. He then transitioned to the private sector, working as a senior leader providing a wide range of professional IT services, including the design, implementation, and operation of converged network solutions; information protection and system security; project management; and COMSEC support.
Mr. DeFee is well versed in the design, development, and management of technical and business projects from inception through completion, ensuring that they meet schedule requirements and are performed on time and within budget.
Mr. DeFee earned his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a Distinguished Graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
