The DKW Management Delivery Methodology
The DKW MDM is the practical application of our SEI-CMMI, ISO 9001:2000, IEEE, Six Sigma, ITIL, PMI, and industry-recognized best practices in planning and controlling task execution. At its foundation are core production-based techniques, which provide our teams with the structured framework for eliminating waste and quantitatively and qualitatively measuring and monitoring performance. Our MDM establishes and helps us enforce a set of proven, consistent processes and procedures that drive our ability to continually improve quality of service and delivery from Day One to contract conclusion. The MDM also promotes our ability to identify, mitigate, manage, and control the risks inherent in providing timely resources to meet planned and unplanned customer needs. We have applied and integrated our MDM successfully on performance-based contracts for customers with mission-critical requirements and environments and zero tolerance for error.
