The DKW program and project management philosophy is straightforward, direct, and effective.  We believe successful program and task management integrates corporate business objectives with a set of processes, methods, skills, tools, and best practices that result in successful project execution.  We identify six critical principles of program/task management:

They help us foster a spirit of teamwork among our project teams, subcontractors, customers, executive management, and other stakeholders. These principles represent the framework we use to manage projects, the project environment, the people, and other resources critical to project success.

Equally important to our project management philosophy is hiring the ‘right person for the job.’  We proactively seek and hire experienced team members who possess the energy, creativity, communication skills, and flexibility to manage our teams and projects.  Most of our project managers are PMP and ITIL certified, and we encourage all staff to pursue technical and professional certifications.
